Welcome back Ripley Valley Families to a new year from the Health Department.

We look forward to getting to know our new students to the school and getting our existing students involved in all things health. 

I would also like to welcome to the Health Department our two new staff members. Ms McGovern joins us after teaching in Toowoomba and who will be primarily teaching Food Specialisations. Mr Exelby is also joining the team and will be teaching across both the HPE and Mathematics Departments. Mr Exelby has a background in Touch Football and is looking forward to taking some teams away to competitions this year.

All students are required to have a hat and waterbottle for HPE lessons as well as at lunch time if they wish to play on the oval. We are very conscious of how hot it has been wish to ensure all students are prepared for class so they can be sunsafe at this incredibly hot time of year.
