R U OK? Day - Thursday 8th September
R U OK? is a national charity dedicated to inspiring all of us to have regular, meaningful conversations to support anyone struggling with life’s ups and downs.
Due to the Student Representative Council being involved in activities off site on the Thursday, we will celebrate R u Ok Day on Wednesday 7th September. Activities organised by staff and SRC will include a cupcake sale and gratitude rock painting.
Staff will be asked to wear something yellow to remind each other about taking the time to check in on each other.

Holiday Workshops for High Achieving Students.
High Achieving Year 7 and 8 students in Maths, Science and Humanities were sent home invitations last week to participate in BRAINways education workshops in the September Holidays. BRAINways EDUCATION programs provide opportunities for highly able and gifted students and are tailored for their special educational needs. Students will need the invitation letter to participate and the link is below. Places are very limited.
