Over this past fortnight we were lucky enough to have our first ever entrants into the Australian Mathematics Competition. The competition included all students within the Ignite program and other students were invited to nominate also. Congratulations to these 22 students who sat for this Competition. We are so excited to offer opportunities to our students to compete at a National level. We look forward to seeing how these students performed when the results are returned to us. A big thank you to Mrs Constable for supporting this competition and for the student for demonstrating perseverance through the competition. 

And just a quick reminder that as we approach assessment time with our Math classes to please ensure your child has a scientific calculator, stationary, a mathematics notebook and a charged laptop with them at school. It is really important that students have their own scientific calculator so they can familiarise themselves with this device ahead of examinations.
