Dear Parents/Carers, 

The last few weeks at school have been a busy time for many staff, students and their families. 

At the end of July our Year 9 students and their families participated in the Pathways Preparation Plan (PPP) meetings which have helped our Year 9 students identify the many options available to them in senior school and gain focus on potential career paths for their future. 

Meanwhile, our Year 10 students and families have been reviewing their PPP plan from last year and participating in Secondary Education  & Training (SET) Plan meetings.  These SET plan meetings have been a great opportunity for students and parents to review their plan and progress from last year and realign and continue developing their pathway plan for when they complete Year 12. 

The positive involvement of students, staff and parents in this process has been invaluable and ensures that every child has the best possible opportunities available for them as they prepare for life after school.  I also want to thank the many staff who have been involve on these days to make them the great success they have been.  From organising career days, work experience, career education programs and giving up time to meet both in and out of work hours; the dedication of our staff has made a significant impact on your child's future.

As we approach the 2nd half of this term, staff and students will be entering the busy assessment and reporting period and I encourage everyone to make sure they take time to rest, refresh and relax in their spare time during this busy season.

Once again, I appreciate the work of all our staff and families in partnering with our College and look forward to sharing the great successes of our students for years to come.
