House Co-ordinators

Welcome back to Term 3! We hope students and their families have a nice, restful and relaxing break. This term see's our students work towards receiving a bronze, silver or gold Raptor Award that will be celebrated in Term 4 Awards Evening.
For students to achieve a Raptor Award, the students are judged on the following criteria:
- GPA (Grade Point Average)
- Attendance
- School Service (Physical, Extra-Curricular, Social, Community and Creativity)
- Effort
Last Term we saw our students engage in a number of positive events, these were things such as: Interhouse Track & Field Carnival and Rewards Day. Below you can find information on how it went.
Interhouse Track & Field Carnival:
The Interhouse Track & Field Carnival was a success, and at the end of the day it was the Flinders Dingos who walked away with the trophy! See points below:

- Flinders = 1st - 1885 points

- Perry = 2nd = 1878 points

- Goolman = 3rd = 1531 points

- Blaine = 4th = 1510 points

A HUGE CONGRATULATIONS to the following students who achieved "Age Champion" for their respective year level:

- 12 Girls: Dinara 7F

- 12 Boys: Nathan 7C

- 13 Girls: Amelie 7C

- 13 Boys: Damian 8B

- 14 Girls: Issy 9B

- 14 Boys: Isaac 9C

- 15 Girls: Sky 9A

- 15 Boys: Kaylan 9C

Flinders House Captains Anisa & Sienna, Vice-Captain Joshna and House HOD Mrs Diesing accepted the Interhouse Track & Field Carnival Trophy on behalf of all Flinders students and were congratulated on assembly by the rest of their peers.

Rewards Day:
There was a lot of positive feedback from students regarding the end of Term 2 Rewards Day. 137 students celebrated their successes by participating in a range of jumping, bouncing and dodging obstacles at Skyzone Macgregor. We look forward to celebrating our next Rewards Day with students during Week 10, Term 3. The students will be eligible based on the following criteria:
- Attendance (95% approved)
- Effort (Satisfactory "C Standard" across all classes)
- 0-2 One School referrals (with or without parental contact)
