Deputy Principal - Culture and Development
Our College hosted its first Awards Evening on Wednesday this week. The evening was a massive success and it was great to celebrate the achievements of our Foundation Students. The evening showcased the wide range of student achievement from academic, sporting, musical and cultural achievement. The evening was also a great opportunity for us to reflect as a College Community on all that we have achieved this year.
There have been many people involved with ensuring the evening was a success. We really value the contribution of staff and students to ensure the night ran smoothly.
Thank you again to those that sponsored our Special Awards including the Ripley Valley State Secondary College Parents and Citizens Association, Honourable Lance McCallum MP-State Member for Bundamba, Honourable Shayne Neumann MP-Federal Member for Blair and Modern Teaching Aids. The perpetual trophies for these awards will form the start of a strong history of Tradition at our College.
