Congratulations to Hayley Kriegher and her team on their string performance at the 10-12 Years Girls AFL Carnival held at the end of week 6. The team started the week strong but faded to finish a credible 6th place overall. Check out the pictures below of Hayley tearing up the field on the Sunshine Coast.

Yagera Sport – Winter Season Update

Preparations are well underway for the Yagera Winter Season, with teams now finalised and the first round of Gala Days scheduled to begin in Week 9 of this term.

Parents and carers will begin receiving permission notes and invoices over the coming days. Please ensure you check your junk or spam folders in case any emails are filtered.

* Important Reminder:
Students who are unfinancial from the Summer Season will not be eligible to participate in Winter Sport activities.

RVSSC Atheltics Carnival – Week 10

Ripley Valley State Secondary College will host its annual Athletics Carnival on Thursday and Friday of Week 10 this term.

Thursday will be a nominations-only day, featuring selected events. Final details and event confirmations will be released in the coming weeks.
*Nominations close at midnight on Friday, 13 June.

* The theme for the 2025 Carnival is 80s and 90s Disco – get ready to bring your retro vibes in your house colours!

* Canteen & Food Options:

The canteen will operate as usual on Thursday.
On Friday, a special carnival menu will be available, with food service from both the Raptor Dome canteen and the SRC BBQ outside the PAC.
