Dear Parents and Carers,

I hope this message finds you safe and well after the challenges we have faced with Cyclone Alfred. The disruption to our school routines and assessment schedules has certainly been felt, but I want to commend our students, staff, and families for their resilience and support during this time. As we work to get back on track, I encourage everyone to continue helping one another, demonstrating the strength of our Ripley Valley community. By working together, we can ensure our students stay focused and supported in their learning.

On a more exciting note, I am thrilled to share that our college’s first international trip to Japan will take place over the upcoming Easter holidays. This incredible opportunity will allow our students to experience Japanese culture, history, and education firsthand. We hope this will be the start of a new tradition, with international trips occurring every two years. These experiences broaden students’ perspectives and create lifelong memories, and we look forward to seeing this program grow in the future.
