As we reach the midway point of Term 4 we see the vast majority of our extra-curricular activities and events winding down. It was great to see and talk to the parents and carers of our students receiving top of subject awards and receiving sports awards in recognition of their achievement and efforts throughout the year.

Our first lot of year 12 Health Students have this week undergone their final piece of assessment with their External Examination. These students will need to wait a few more weeks to find out how they went but we wish them the best of luck for their remaining exams.

We are also approach the final drafting and assessment submission phase of the year. There have been many success stories shared amongst the health teaching staff of students who have applied themselves throughout the year to improve their grades and engagement in learning. I encourage all students to continue these efforts in Term 4 to finish the year on a positive.

There are a number of subjects in both the Health and Physical Education and Food Specialisations Curriculum areas this term that consist of both a practical and theoretical element. Please remind students of upcoming assessments so students are adequately prepared for assessments.
