Another school year is moving quickly as we find ourselves preparing for new Term 4. I am looking forward to continuing to work in classrooms with students and teachers as we explore our Term 4 learning in different subjects. 

Our College believes in partnership with families to help students achieve excellence together and as part of this work we will be offering a trial literacy and numeracy small group support program during Year 7 and 8 Enrichment class time each week in Term 4. These lessons are designed to support students who are currently not achieving a C grade in Maths or English to improve their confidence and understanding in this space. If your child has been recommended to participate in this program, you will have received a letter from the school with more details at the end of last term. Students will be working with Ms Morris and Ms Beutel for Numeracy and Ms Goldthorpe and Ms Hartley for Literacy on Wednesday Period 4 lessons. As this is a new program being delivered at our College, we encourage you and your child to provide feedback on their learning experience and development.
