Science
As we fast approach the end of Term 2, our Science students have been busy submitting assignments to demonstrate their learning this term. It was wonderful to see students engage at the career's expo on Tuesday afternoon and hear all of their questions about science pathways and subject choices.
Our Year 11 Psychology students have had an opportunity to visit the Integrated Pathology Learning Centre at the Royal Women's Hospital to work with specialists to develop a deeper understanding of the human brain as they move into Unit 2 of their course. Our students, as always, represented our school with pride and engaged well in the learning activities. Students were able to explore the impact of diseases and conditions on the brain as well as treatments to support the people impacted. Thank you to Ms Newton and Ms Sceriha for escorting them on the day.
The Science team hopes that our students have enjoyed their classes this term and look forward to exploring new topics and learning next term.
