BPOINT Payment Plan EOI

This form is to request a BPOINT payment plan at RVSSC.

Please note, all payment plans must be finalised by the following:
- SRS invoices must be finalised by the end of Term 3
- Excellence Academy invoices be finalised by the end of Term 1

Requests for payment plan extensions beyond the dates listed above must be approved by the Finance Officer.
