IMPORTANT NOTE

In year 11 and 12, when submitting an AARA or Illness and Misadventure Request, it is important that a QCAA AARA (illness and misadventure) form is completed by a medical professional and attached to the RVSSC AARA Request form.

If this information is not provided or completed correctly then an AARA may not be approved due to lack of supporting information.
